The Rings of Power

Developed by showrunners J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay, The Rings of Power was one of the most anticipated releases of 2022. Unrivalled in scope, it is set before the version of events explored in the books and Peter Jackson films and based upon Tolkien’s Second Age. I worked with TCO Printworks to create a luxury coffee table book for Amazon Studios. The book celebrates the core crafts within the show and pay homage to the many talented individuals involved.

The book is an episodic showcase into the making of the series and includes multiple bespoke print finishes relating to the overall concept. Gatefolds allow you to learn more about each actor/actress and vellum pages overlay scenes highlighting details from within the series. The book itself is nestled in a bespoke box wrapped
in linen to reflect the 10,000 linen leafs made for the Linden Tree.
