Presence: The Figure in British Postwar and Contemporary Sculpture

A new publication for the forthcoming exhibition to be held at Messums Wiltshire named Presence: The Figure in British Postwar and Contemporary Sculpture. The publication itself is inspired by the form of the figure, firstly with an exaggerated portrait form, and then through the use of typography. The publication features a main column where all information sits, this information is styled centrally allowing the text to create its own abstract forms.
The publication also features a ruler system, inspired by the height charts in our houses, often scribbled with pen. Each page is marked by the artwork creation date.
